Martyn is brilliant, cannot recommend him highly enough. He replaced the immersion heater element and cleaned out the cylinder. The job didn’t quite turn out according to plan (due to age of cylinder) but he persevered until it was all resolved with great care and attention. He kept us informed at all times and despite the frustration encountered he maintained a cheerful manner and looked after us really well.
