How It Works
Compatibility check
Survey your heating system (boiler, S‑plan/Y‑plan, heat pump, TRVs) and confirm thermostat compatibility plus any wiring or relay kit required.
Supply & installation
Fit the chosen thermostat, install a C‑wire, common‑wire adaptor or relay if needed, integrate with zone valves or heat pumps and test controls.
Commission & handover

Where a thermostat needs a permanent live (C-wire) or a relay kit the correct component is fitted to ensure reliable operation and protect your boiler controls.
Setup and user training — After installation the system is commissioned, the thermostat connected to your smartphone, and schedules, holiday modes and geofencing set up with full user guidance on boost and frost-protection functions.
