“We have reached out to Martyn a few times now for his services and he always been great! We had an issue recently where my boiler suddenly stopped working, leaving me without any hot water. I reached out to Martyn and he managed to come out at short notice, which I was incredibly grateful for. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently he was done far sooner than I expected!
It’s not always easy to find someone so reliable and responsive these days, but Martyn was exactly that. Great communication from the start, turned up when he said he would, and clearly knows his stuff. I’ll definitely be using Norwich Heating Services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martyn to others.”

I had Martyn conduct a Gas Safety inspection on a property I was purchasing, and had great communication throughout and he was able to get this booked in very quickly with the estate agent/seller. Since purchasing the property I had an issue with the central heating (a valve had broken) during a particularly cold snap, and within the same day he came to the property, assessed and found the problem, sourced a replacement part, fixed it and had the central heating back up and running within a couple of hours of arriving. Very reasonably priced, quick to respond to emails, clear and transparent communication and highly professional. I will be booking them in for my boilers annual service and have already recommended this company to many friends and colleagues.”
